Access Statement for Wytons Piece
Wytons Piece was originally a set of old agricultural Cotswold stone
barns which have recently been converted to create a spacious, single
storey three bedroom property sleeping up to six people. Surrounded
by grass fields, it is not overlooked and has its own stone-walled
south-facing courtyard. The road access is a single tracked lane.
The access from the lane to the courtyard that adjoins the barn
is sloping gravel, the courtyard is partly gravelled and there is
a flag stoned area that makes a patio nearest the two doors to the
Wytons Piece is on a quiet lane just 800m east of the hamlet of
Ascott, on the side of a hill overlooking a Cotswold valley. The
nearest village is Whichford (one mile) with a traditional pub and
a village green.
Local attractions are Chipping Campden, Broadway and Stow on the
Wold and there are Gardens at Hidcote, Kiftsgate and Sezincote.
Warwick Castle is 20 miles to the North.
The property is 19 miles south of Stratford-upon-Avon; 22 miles
north of Oxford and 12 miles from the market towns of Moreton-in-the-Marsh

Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking
Please collect the key from our house which is in between
Wytons Piece and Ascott. Please contact us on 01608 684240 to
let us know when you are coming. There is off road parking for
cars in the courtyard.

The Kitchen door is 850mm/33.5inches wide and has a threshold
height of 3.75inches/85mm.
There is a pair of french doors to the living room that are
1350mm/53 inches wide and has a threshold height of 200mm/8inches..
The yard is lit by two lights on PIR switches. If you let
us know if you are coming after dark we will put the lights
and heating on if needed to welcome you.
Kitchen, Living Room, Passageways, Bathrooms and Bedrooms
The whole property is on one floor level, which is tiled,
there is a 2mm grouting gap in between each ceramic which are
a mixture of cream and grey stone coloured tile.
There is underfloor heating throughout the whole property.
The Living room is situated on the ground floor with level
entry from the kitchen and the ensuite bedroom
There is a single step of 220mm/8.75 inches with a opening
of 790mm/31 inches from the living room to the passageway that
